1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- The product differs from its description
For change-of-mind returns, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Process
- Email us at support@bazarbandhu.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization if approved.
- Send the product back using a reliable courier service with tracking.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- Processing time may take 7–14 business days depending on banks/payment providers.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
You may request an exchange for the same or similar product (subject to availability). Exchange rules follow the same process as returns.
5. Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation before the product is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
